How does your banana make a difference?

         

As you're aware, last year we did a lot of work for an Irish Aid Project
to promote Fair Trade in our community. You may have seen our posters hanging
up in Eurospar. 
We would now like to remind everyone to continue to support this worthly cause.
This is a sustainable way of improving life in develvoping countries. As well as a fair wage, workers get a social premium which helps to build wells, classrooms etc in their communnity.
Products like bananas are not grown  in Ireland so there is no competition between Fair Trade products and Irish products.
Pupils from all classes are giving us their fair trade stickers to stick on a big chart outside the oifig.
